Elimu Campus grew out of our work with New Era College, our client since 2020. New Era College and ILES shaped it while it was being built.

Certificate verification
Every certificate
checks itself.
Each certificate and transcript carries a QR code. Scanning it opens a public page that checks the document against your college's own records and shows whether it is valid.
Employers and other institutions can confirm a qualification without a login or a phone call, and a certificate that is not in your college’s records shows as not found.
Platform
Your data, where you want it.
Elimu Campus runs on your own servers, in a private cloud, or hosted by us. Your institution owns its data in every case and can export it.
Security
Permissions by role down to individual fields, two-factor sign-in, single sign-on, audit trails on every record, encryption in transit and at rest, and backups with regular restore tests.
Integrations
Moodle (single sign-on, course and enrolment sync, grades back to the mark sheet), Microsoft and Google sign-in, payment providers and mobile money you choose, biometric devices, Power BI.
Messages
Email, SMS and WhatsApp from one notification layer, addressed from the student record. Students, staff and sponsors each have their own portal. Provider charges are separate.

Yes. It runs at New Era College, ILES and GUC.
Which product is for us?
Elimu Campus is for colleges, universities and training institutions, and is live today. Elimu Academy is for pre-primary, primary and secondary schools.
Can we keep Moodle?
Yes. Elimu Campus connects to Moodle, or you can use its own learning module. The two can run side by side, programme by programme.
Where is our data held?
Where you choose: on your own servers, in a private cloud, or hosted by us. Your institution owns its data in every case.
What support do we get?
Tiered support by email, phone, ticket and WhatsApp, 08:30 to 16:30 Botswana time, Monday to Friday, with response targets by priority set out in the agreement.
How do we get a proposal?
